Basic Analysis: Free forever
Data Retention
- Active Period:
- Remains active as long as the end user logs in at least once every 90 days.
- Archive Duration:
- If no login occurs for 90 days, the tenant data enters archival status for 30 days.
- Permanent Deletion:
- After the 30 day archival period, all tenant data is permanently deleted.
Professional
Advanced Analysis: Subscription-based
Data Retention
- Active Period:
- Remains active as long as the subscription is active.
- Archive Duration:
- After the subscription ends, the tenant data is archived for 30 days.
- Permanent Deletion:
- After the 30 day archival period, all account data is permanently deleted.
Enterprise
Real-time streaming
Data Retention
- Enterprise retention is governed by the enterprise agreement.
Additional Information
Retention timelines described in this policy apply to tenant and project data; raw telemetry such as PCAPs, system logs, and other high-volume artifacts are subject to storage constraints, system configuration, and rolling deletion policies. Warning notices will be sent to the email address on file prior to archival. Archived data may be restored within the 30 day window by contacting support@cyberspatial.com. Restoration is not guaranteed. Permanent deletion means removal from active and archival systems. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups until overwritten according to standard backup retention schedules.
