How to collect debug logs

In the event that a feature is not working as expected, providing Cyberspatial with detailed information about the issue is the best way to get a fast resolution. This can be achieved by executing the Start Logging feature.

To collect log information:

  • Select the profile menu at the top-right
  • Toggle Diagnostic Mode
  • Select Start Screen Recording
  • Enable or disable the target logging criteria
  • Select Begin Logging
  • Perform the actions within Teleseer that led to the identified issue
  • Select Save
Warning: Please scrub any proprietary data (e.g. IP addresses, plaintext credentials, etc.) from log files before sending to Cyberspatial support.
