In the event that a feature is not working as expected, providing Cyberspatial with detailed information about the issue is the best way to get a fast resolution. This can be achieved by executing the Start Logging feature.
To collect log information:
- Select the profile menu at the top-right
- Toggle Diagnostic Mode
- Select Start Screen Recording

- Enable or disable the target logging criteria
- Select Begin Logging

- Perform the actions within Teleseer that led to the identified issue
- Select Save

- Email the resulting file to support@cyberspatial.com
