Teleseer ONPREM Password Resets

If you are using Teleseer with an onprem installation, you must ask a Teleseer ADMIN suer to temprarirly reset your password. Once you regain access, you can change the password yourself via the user profile functionality.

Saas Platform Password Resets

**Note: This section only applies to https://go.teleseer.com accounts

To reset your Teleseer account password:

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click on the Reset Password link or navigate directly to https://go.teleseer.com/auth/reset

3. Enter your Email address in the field underneath.
4. Click the  Reset Password button.

5. Follow the steps in the email sent to you.
