We’re excited to announce the release of Teleseer v1.0.10 to the commercial SaaS.
This update is a complete game changer for those who have been utilizing Teleseer over the last year.
A culmination of visual enhancements, performance tuning, and powerful features implemented for our Department of War customers.
We've revamped the entire projects and uploads panels to make the user experience much more enjoyable! Users can now easily see and interact with all projects and uploads from the new Teleseer Workspace page.
Projects are now displayed within an interactive table as well as within the navigation bar. The projects table contains all the metadata you are familiar with as well as a new Last Modified column.
Users no longer have to open a project to see detailed information. Simply left-click on the desired project within the navigation bar or the projects table and additional information will be displayed within the project details panel.
Users can add tags to multiple projects by selecting one or more projects within the table. Additionally, users can also delete one or more projects from this table.
Users can now also: set the project icon, set the project image, and set the project color. Each one of these options makes important projects stand out from other projects.
Visualize your timeline traffic routes and volume at a glance on the Network Map. When selected on the timeline, protocol traffic is directly rendered on the network map. Operators can quickly and easily assess ingress and egress routes for data traversing the network.
Uploads are now displayed within an interactive table. In addition to the metadata you are familiar with, the table includes a Last Modified column as well an upload-specific icon which identifies the type of collection file.
Users can add tags to multiple uploads by selecting one or more uploads within the table. Additionally, users can also delete one or more uploads from this table.
Projects can now be added to the new Maps page. Users can specify the physical location of a project at which point the project will be placed in the corresponding location on the Map.
The Project Inspector panel has been redesigned to include the average bandwidth rate as well as the user-specified physical location. In addition, users can now easily set the project imagery and notes simply by clicking within the Inspector.
Gone is the time crunch of 30 days to kick the tires and see what Teleseer has to offer. All trial accounts are being converted to community accounts that will remain available indefinitely.
Oftentimes, large network collections can contain thousands of internal hosts and even more external hosts. In an effort to make project loads as fast as possible, we have hidden external hosts by default. This greatly increases the efficiency of project loads.
To re-enable the display of external hosts, deselect Hide External Hosts from the Network View Settings dropdown menu.
In the event of unexpected behavior, Teleseer now has built-in logging capabilities which allows users to record relevant information. When logging is enabled, all users actions are recorded to an archive file which can be sent to Cyberspatial for additional support. This file will help Cyberspatial resolve customer issues as soon as possible.
